About PAKKA
We Help Merchants Confirm COD Orders on WhatsApp
Operated by Akash Murugan, sole proprietorship — based in Surandai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Our Story
Why PAKKA Exists
Cash on Delivery is the dominant payment method for e-commerce in India. While it lowers the barrier to purchase, it also opens the door to fake orders, prank checkouts, and accidental purchases — all of which result in wasted packaging, shipping costs, and the dreaded RTO (Return to Origin).
PAKKA was built to solve this specific problem. By sending a WhatsApp confirmation message the moment a COD order is placed, we give merchants a fast, low-effort way to verify customer intent before fulfilment begins. The result: fewer bad orders, lower RTO rates, and more confident shipping decisions.
PAKKA uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send and receive messages — the same official channel used by enterprises worldwide. There are no grey routes, no unofficial bots, and no risk to your WhatsApp number.
What We Stand For
Our Principles
PAKKA is a small, focused tool built with clear values.
We use only the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and Meta's terms of service at all times.
We collect only the data we need. We never sell merchant or customer data. Our practices are aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
PAKKA does one thing: confirm COD orders over WhatsApp. We focus on doing that reliably and simply, without unnecessary features or complexity.
Indian D2C merchants face unique challenges. PAKKA is designed around the realities of Indian e-commerce — high COD volumes, high RTO rates, and WhatsApp as a near-universal communication channel.
